Anxiety

I empathize with your anxiety struggles. In our sessions we’ll develop personalized coping strategies in a non-judgmental space. Together we’ll uncover causes, create tools, and progress toward peace. Healing needs time, but with dedication and support, we’ll navigate challenges. Stay hopeful; peace is possible. I would be honored to play a role in your healing journey.

Grief and Loss

I want to acknowledge your pain from loss and offer my support as your counselor. Grief is a natural process and it’s okay to feel overwhelmed. Together we can explore your feelings and memories, helping you make sense of your grief. I will provide a safe and supportive space for you to express yourself and navigate your grief journey. Healing takes time, so be patient and kind to yourself as we work through this process.

Chemical Dependency

You are not alone in overcoming chemical dependency. As your counselor, I will guide you through this challenging period, explore root causes of your dependency, and develop strategies to break free. I offer a confidential space for you to share without judgment and will seek to empower you to make positive choices for your well-being. Through therapy and support, we will work toward helping you build a healthier future.

Trauma

Dealing with trauma can feel overwhelming. Feeling stuck and unsure is normal. Healing is a journey, and you’re not alone. I offer a safe space where you can explore emotions. Through listening, validation, and proven therapeutic techniques, I’ll support you in processing trauma, building resilience, and finding strength. Your past doesn’t define you. Trust the process and be gentle; healing is possible. Let’s work together toward your growth and healing, trusting the Lord for guidance and lasting hope.

Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder

Dealing with PTSD can be tough. You’re not alone. We’ll work on coping strategies like grounding and mindfulness as we explore trauma causes in a safe space. Therapy for PTSD can help you regain control and move forward. Healing takes time, but with support, you can significantly manage your PTSD symptoms and find healing, with God’s help.
