Things have a habit of not going according to plan, and that can make us nervous. To deal with this, we make plans to ensure that things go in the way we intend. This amounts to a lot of thinking and planning, and inevitably to a lot of worrying as part of our day. Worry can become such a part of our lives that we can wind up worrying about the fact that we decided not to worry about something.
