In today’s world, we are exposed to a lot of public dialogue regarding the necessity of healthy eating and exercise. Fitness is a good thing, and if you see someone out for a jog, you’ll probably assume that they are engaging in a healthy and positive activity. But when does a love of exercise cross the line into exercise addiction? Let’s face it, obesity-related health conditions are an issue in our modern society.
