I offer an emotionally safe and secure environment where you can feel comfortable being vulnerable and free to share whatever concerns are weighing you down. Together we will seek to discover the root cause of your distress and bring lasting restoration. As your counselor, it is my desire to be able to give “a word fitly spoken” (Proverbs 25:11), and to speak words that are right on target with what you need to hear. As we partner with Christ, you will become more aware of your abilities to overcome the adversities you face.
As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I work with individuals and couples dealing with a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, co-dependency and other relationship issues, and more. My goal is to help you understand the negative beliefs and behaviors that are keeping you from growing and experiencing the joy and life that God has planned for you in Christ. I will work with you to explore various treatment options to determine the best method and path forward for your goals and desired outcomes.
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate (LMFTA), I have experience working with children, teens, adult individuals, couples, families, and groups. In my practice I focus on the whole person – not just mental health, but also physical, emotional, and spiritual health. My desire is for you to experience growth in every area of your life and come to know the true and lasting joy that can be found in Jesus Christ. With compassion and grace, I offer counseling for a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, family conflict, grief, abandonment, and much more.
As your counselor, I will partner with you and walk with you in your time of need. I offer an open, welcoming space where you can share your story without fear of judgement. My goal is to be a consistent source of honesty and support for you, driven by my passion and purpose to serve.
As a Christian Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), I offer individual counseling for teens and adults facing a wide range of concerns. Whether you are experiencing grief or loss, questions or doubts related to your faith, career challenges, military-related concerns, issues as an athlete, or other unwanted circumstances, I can help address the personal, performance, academic, and pre-/post-career challenges that you face. In our counseling sessions, I will use measurable steps to help you by combining your faith with proven treatment methods including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in a personalized, supportive way so you can meet the goals you desire to achieve.
As a counselor, I seek to be sensitive to my clients’ physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual condition during any given session, following their lead to determine which direction we’ll go with our conversation. I try not to push beyond their capacity, but rather gently guide and point things out as we travel together on the path toward healing and well-being. I provide a welcoming, judgment-free zone in which clients can share their burdens and feel heard and understood. I’d love to chat with you about how you can write a new chapter in your story.
I am a goal-oriented and progress-driven counselor. As a Christian counselor, my primary goals are to assist you in cultivating your sense of self and strengthening your relationship with God. I will take the time to listen to your concerns and work with you to identify emotions, past traumas, and negative thinking patterns that may be hindering you from living your best life. I have faith that together we can create a plan for generating a lifestyle that allows you to experience your full potential and to live a life of improved happiness and a greater outlook on your overall wellbeing.
I believe the family unit is one of the most important aspects of our society. If family bonds can be strengthened, many other issues in this world will resolve themselves. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Associate, I seek to work with families to identify needs and trigger points and provide healthy solutions grounded in faith. Counseling sessions with my clients may address the union between husband and wife, parent to child relationships, past family experiences, and other interpersonal dynamics. If you feel as if you’re stuck in an unhelpful cycle, I’ll seek to help you to find peace.
I would count it an honor and privilege to journey with you through the trials of life. As you seek to navigate through the issues that bring you to counseling, I will partner with you to find healing and hope. Life can bring many challenges, but I believe God wants to deliver us and bring us victory as we learn to lean on Him. He is constantly at work in our lives and desires for us to thrive! Through counseling and with His help, you can experience the joy and peace you desire.
